The Take-Home Feast includes 5 dishes: TungLok Treasure Bowl (Pen Cai), Prosperity Yu Sheng, Superior Herbal Chicken with Ginseng, Fried Glutinous Rice with Assorted Preserved Meat and TungLok Nian Gao.

I like that the pen cai is delivered hot in a clay pot and brimming with all the luxurious ingredients such as abalone and sea cucumber, while the yu sheng is packed in a lovely pink box. Classy!

The Superior Herbal Chicken is a fantastic energy booster with fall-off-the-bone tenderness. My favourite is the Fried Glutinous Rice which is moist yet fluffy and filled with goodies like lap cheong, mushrooms, and dried shrimps.

Not forgetting TungLok Nian Gao — the very first Nian Gao in Singapore to be recognised by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) for its lower sugar content. It’s difficult not to fall in love with the Braised Handmade Noodles with Lobster Steak ($34++/pax). Coated in a bright and fresh ginger and onion Sauce, this is one dish I would slurp up all on my own.
