香味糯米饭
材料(5人份):
糯米饭3杯
虾米60g,浸泡5分钟
鸡肉香肠100g,切片
油2汤匙
调味料:
香菇20g,浸泡至软
鸡精粉1汤匙
上等黑酱油1汤匙
蚝油1汤匙
酱清2汤匙
糖1茶匙
胡椒粉1/2茶匙
麻油1茶匙
葱头油2汤匙
炸葱头、青葱和红辣椒点缀
做法:
1. 把调味料加入糯米。使用Philips饭锅HD4754/HD4755。按 COOK/REHEAT 钮。
2. 把虾米放入锅里,烤约2分钟至干。加入2汤匙的油,把香肠炒香。
3. 把糯米饭放入饭锅拌炒。加入足够的水份。
4. 按 KEEP WARM/OFF 钮。按 MENU 钮,直到出现 REGULAR 煮饭功能。按 RICE SELECTION 钮,并选择 GLUTINOUS 煮饭功能即可。
Savoury Glutinous Rice
Ingredients (for 5):
3 cups glutinous rice
60g dried shrimp, pre-soaked for 5 minutes
100g chicken Chinese sausage, sliced
2 tbsp cooking oil
Seasonings for pre-soaked rice:
20g shredded dried mushroom, pre-soaked till soft
1 tbsp chicken seasoning powder
1 tbsp superior dark sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp shallot oil
Fried shallots, chopped spring onion and fresh red chilli
Method:
1. Use Philips rice cooker HD4754 or HD4755. Press COOK/REHEAT button to start the cooking process.
2. Put the shrimp into the preheated inner pot and grill them till dry for approximately 2 minutes. Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil and fry the Chinese sausage till fragrant.
3. Mix in seasoned glutinous rice and continue to fry until all ingredients are well mixed. Add in water to the level indicated on the scale that marks GLUTINOUS RICE on the inside of the inner pot that corresponds to the number.
4. Press the KEEP WARM/OFF button once to cancel initial cooking mode. Press the MENU button until the REGULAR rice function is displayed. Next, press the RICE SELECTION button to select the GLUTINOUS rice-cooking mode.
