Caviar

Experience Valentine’s Day like never before at Caviar, where innovation meets romance. Meadesmoore

This Valentine’s Day, indulge in a romantic dining experience at Meadesmoore, known for its premium cuts of beef and meats sourced globally. Enjoy a four-course menu from February 12 to 16 or a five-course menu exclusively on February 14, 2024.

The four-course menu begins with a playful twist on Caprese, followed by Kingfish Crudo and a choice between 2GR Full Blood Wagyu Picanha MS8/9 or Foie Gras Stuffed Quail. Finish with a Paris-Brest dessert.

This Valentine’s Day, Publico invites you to pamper yourself and your beau with a curated menu designed for two. Priced at $158++ for two, savour dishes like Oysters on the Half Shell with Tarragon & Limoncello Mignonette, Lamb Shank with Saffron Polenta, Ravioli di Gucca with Butternut Squash and Sage, and an Olive Oil & Lemon Cake with Whipped Mascarpone and Prosecco Strawberries. To make the evening even more memorable, the experience includes two glasses of Prosecco, perfect for toasting to an unforgettable night.

The Lighthouse

Perched atop The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, The Lighthouse occupies the exact location where a beacon once guided mariners into the safety of the Singapore port in the 20th century.
