The ratio of pineapple jam to tart crust is great, and the open-faced design allows you to remove the jam easily should you not be a fan of pineapple jam(how can this be possible, though), and just want to dig into the yummy tart.

The Spicy Hae Bee Hiam (Shrimp) Roll is a must-have! The strong fragrance of the deep-fried hae bee will captivate your senses the moment you open the tub. It packs quite a spicy punch and is incredibly addictive. We couldn’t stop at just one roll, of course, and before we even knew it, we have finished half the bottle.

Other than the award-winning kueh bangkit in original flavour, PineappleTart offers two other unique flavours deeply inspired by the Peranakan culture — Gula Melaka and Pandan.
